RayGuard® products and or SnakeGuard® Products (henceforth: FEL products) are highly puncture-resistant as well as highly cut-resistant. FEL products are not 100% Puncture-proof and are not 100% cut-proof. Nothing is 100% proof under all conditions. While our products provide the best protection available, wear FEL products with caution, while they provide extreme resistance to punctures and cuts while wading in water as advertised, objects could penetrate them at any given time or situation. Be aware that there could be sharp and pointy objects, which, under the right circumstances, could penetrate FEL products. There may also be large and aggressive animals or pointy plants and other things that could penetrate FEL products in any given situation.
FEL products are suitable for outdoor use wade fishing, beach wading, water sports, board sports, swimming, boating and other outdoor environments. They are highly protective – not proof – against punctures and cuts potentially caused by sea animals such as fish, crabs, snake, oysters, urchins to a limited extent, etc. They also highly protect – not proof – against punctures and cuts from shells, corals, stones, glass, or any other outdoor endangerment.
FEL products are protective against potential dangers for your feet and lower leg. Beware of dangers in the water and ALWAYS shuffle your feet when wading in water. Beware of any dangers on the surface you are walking. FEL products will wear out over time and have a certain lifetime depending on regularity of usage. FEL products can develop weak spots from wear and over time and these areas can fail.
In no event shall our company FEL products be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special consequential damages, to property or life, whatsoever arising out of or connected with the use or misuse of FEL products.
No claims, representations or warranties, whether expressed or implied, are made by our company as to the safety, reliability, durability and performance of any of FEL products. Furthermore, our company accepts no liability for the safety, reliability, durability and performance of any of our companies’ products.
FEL wading boots are meant to be worn in the water and are not suitable for tarmac roads, asphalt, rocky paths, mountain climbing, hiking or lengthy walking in abrasive environments. All these may decrease durability of the product significantly. Wading boots are not intended for use as snake boots. FEL products snake protections products are meant for outdoor use and as always use caution when in nature.
FEL products carry a 30 day warranty from date of purchase and all packaging material as well as proof of purchase or receipt must accompany any return. If we do deem the product to have a defect in manufacturing we have the option in that case to extend the warranty period but that is done on case by case method. Our digital timer is the only exception to this warranty and carries a full 5 year warranty against defects
